I had a leaking toilet cistern and rang Fawcett Plumbing. Found them in the Messenger. They gave me a time frame for the same day. Ryan rang and asked if it was convenient for him to come earlier, of course I said yes. I liked that he obviously didn't mind me looking over his shoulder, and he explained what he was doing and why as he made the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service, and was very pleased to have met such a nice young man. I am happy with the repair, happy with the cost and pensioner discount and no call out fee. I would definitely call Ryan my plumber from here on.
